This Taurasi is produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes from Mirabella Eclano area.
The vineyards, exposed to the West, are characterized by the strong slope of the land that favors the outflow of rainwater and also a very goodd exposure to sunlight, situations that ensure optimal ripening of the grapes.
The harvest is carried out manually with boxes of about 18 kg at the beginning of November.
The aging in barrel lasts for over a year as well as the aging in the bottle.
Characterized by a purple red color, its scent reminds blackberries, blackcurrant and spices; full and balanced in taste with soft tannins and long finish.
To combine with fiorentina steak, braised meat, meat ragu, wild game or as a meditation wine.
Serve at 18/20 ° C.
